Leading Self

Leadership starts with leading oneself.

A deeper appreciation of your own style and natural tendencies helps you to make the most of what’s helpful and adapt purposefully when needed.

The ‘Leading self’ programs grows your self-awareness and self-appreciation so that you powerfully lead from the place of presence and courage. Some of the tools and approaches I use to develop your inner strength include:

Thrive by valuing and unleashing your quiet leadership strengths, by learning mindsets and skillsets that shifts the story you tell yourself about your quieter nature. Quietly Powerful concepts and tools are based on Quietly Powerful leader interview findings, coaching others and my own development and experiences.

Quietly Powerful concepts can be offered as:

  • 1-1 coaching, deepening self-awareness and ability to handle inner critics, self-doubt, impostor thoughts, stress and anxiety more effectively.
  • Organisational leadership and/or DEI programs, unlocking their hidden talent.
  • Public Quietly Powerful program, a blended learning program where individuals can sign up to develop their inner confidence and succeed on their own terms using their quiet nature.
  • Keynote presentation, to inspire quieter individuals to appreciate their quiet strengths and/or challenge leaders/organisations to update their beliefs about what good leadership looks, sounds, and feels like.
