‘Leading others’ programs incorporate awareness, mindsets and skillsets required to engage with others in ways that empowers and brings the best out of people. It is a clear shift away from a command-and-control approach, enhancing the leaders’ ability to build accountability and ownership.

Learn how your own thinking affects how you interact, and how your interact affects how others think and behave. Break out of your habitual interaction approaches that may be holding you and others back from being your best. 

Coaching as Leaders concepts can be introduced through: 

  • A series of workshops, designed to introduce and practice applying coaching mindsets and skillsets in groups. The format can be tailored to suit the group needs and constraints. 
  • 1-1 coaching, to incorporate coaching mindsets and skillsets into your leadership, applying them to real situations where you would like to have greater impact and influence. 

Raise leaders’ power awareness and ability to use power wisely, by receiving feedback on their perceived use of power and impact on people around them. Diamond Power Index is a thoroughly researched leadership 360 feedback tool that specifically looks at the effective use of power – positional and personal power. It is a unique tool that shines a light on the critical link between leaders’ use of power and its impact on organisational outcomes and culture.
